Chicago’s own Warhol.SS recently shared his highly anticipated Where’s Warhol 2 and it was definitely worth the wait. The 16-track offering displays Warhol changing up his frequencies to deliver another enjoyable listen from front to back. I have been eagerly waiting for a new body of work from Warhol, his last full-length release was his debut album Chest Pains in 2018. I'll admit, this is the first LP release from Warhol while I've been an avid fan and it didn't disappoint .“No Time” was the first single from Where’s Warhol 2, and “Misfit Child” is the next stand out track accompanied with a video.
“Misfit Child” is the second visual Warhol has released with the new album. Produced by CGM Beats and BrentRambo, “Misfit Child” begins with light-hearted keys setting the foundation for the instrumental. The echoing 808 comes in along with the jumping high hats and Warhol begins gliding over the production with a catchy chorus and aggressive verses. The talented emcee begins rapping about the risks he’s taken and how it made him who he is today.
