Tink debuted with Winter's Diary in 2011 as a wide-eyed 16-year-old writing basement ballads about shady sex connections and smoking. She's released many mixtapes since then, got a record deal and then left it, and was dubbed a XXL Freshman in 2015. Her ability to produce melodies and spit fiercely on the same recordings has sparked a fervent fan following. Heat of the Moment, her latest album co-created with renowned producer Hitmaka, was published in July, and the deluxe edition is now available. With it comes the "Might Let You" video for her collaboration with Davido, whom Hitmaka introduced her to and claims that working together was "nonstop laughing." Its video is as direct and multidimensional as Tink herself, and it proves that she is the hottest thing in town. But don't get it twisted: Tink's fire isn't going out anytime soon. She's "in the process of letting thoughts flow" as she prepares to develop a new "special project," and if her prolific release schedule is any indication, there'll be plenty more after that.
