After a long anticipated wait for some brand new music , Smino finally releases his highly anticipated (Luv 4 Rent) album, which comes from his follow-up project to 2018's NIR.
For months, the Missouri-born artist has been teasing the project, releasing the J. Cole-assisted single "90 Proof" as well as a short promo video starring Bootsy Collins. Smino didn't confirm the album's official release date until last week, just days before revealing the full tracklist for Luv 4 Rent. "4rm Da Source," "No Ls," "Ole Ass Kendrick," and the previously released single "Matinee" are among the 15 tracks on the album.Luv 4 Rent also features Lil Uzi Vert, Doechii, Lucky Daye, Fatman Scoop, Phoelix, and others in addition to Cole. Smino discussed the release with Apple Music's Zane Lowe, in which he disclosed his ambitions to offer a Luv 4 Rent sequel. Luv 4 Rent is available to stream on Apple Music and Spotify.
