J.I. was featured on Lil Tjay's song "My City," a tune from Tjay's album "My City," in 2020. J.I. teamed with Spotify at the age of 18 to launch RADAR, a platform for young musicians to find momentum on the popular streaming service. J.I. has set himself up to be one of the most successful and influential rappers of the 2020s, and he’s showing no signs of slowing down any time soon. The New York Rapper is taking over 2022 and will continue to make himself a household name in this music world.
